Areas Covered:
We cover all of the Cardiff area and up to a 25 miles radius including; Newport, Bridgend, Pontyprydd, Caerphilly, Rhondda Valleys, Penarth, Barry, Vale of Glamorgana and Rhondda Cynon Taf.

If you live further than 25 miles away from Cardiff don't worry, we are still able to train you within the comfort of your home or a local gym at an additional travel cost of £0.50 a mile. Please phone or email us for a quotation.

Kettlebell Class:
Kettlebell is available at all the above areas. If you know of a venue where you would like Kettlebell Classes, let us know and we will do our best to provide you with an exercise class that will blow you away!
